Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery Services

All deliveries will be made via Royal Mail using the most appropriate service according to the size, weight and value of your order.

European Delivery Services

We now offer European delivery services and this is charged according to the weight of your order and shown at checkout. Some products will require a separate postage quotation (due to the size, weight and value of the item) and this has been highlighted within the product description. Our European delivery prices are based on Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet charges. If the items you order exceed the weight or size restrictions for this service we will contact you with a shipping quotation and you can then choose to pay the excess or cancel your order. Our delivery aim is 5 working days from shipping date

Rest of the World Delivery Services  

We now offer Rest of the World delivery services and this is charged according to the weight of your order and shown at checkout. Some products will require a separate postage quotation (due to the size, weight and value of the item) and this has been highlighted within the product description. Our Rest Of The World delivery prices are based on Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet charges. If the items you order exceed the weight or size restrictions for this service we will contact you with a shipping quotation and you can then choose to pay the excess or cancel your order. Our delivery aim is 7 working days from shipping date
  

Customs Information

We are unable to calculate and are not responsible for any customs or import duties levied when the goods arrive in your country. Delays may occur in customs which effect the delivery time quoted and this is beyond our control.

Order Dispatch

When you place an order with us, we will process your payment securely, select the goods and post them out to you in line with our delivery guideline timescales, we will email you to confirm your goods have been despatched.
 

If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Delivery Rates

These are the delivery rates most commonly used and the charges associated with them. If you have any special delivery requests please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

UK Standard Delivery on Orders Over £15 - FREE
UK Standard Delivery on Orders Under £15 - £2.50

Standard delivery  orders will arrive within 3 - 5 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery - £7.95 

Next day delivery is delivered on the next day Mon - Fri. It is sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. A signature is required upon delivery. Your order is fully insured and tracked at every stage of its journey.

All orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 4pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Saturday Delivery - £11.50

 If you place your order on a Friday by 1pm and require your order to be with you on the Saturday then please select this option.

Direct gift delivery

Gifts can be delivered directly to the person of your choice, just fill in the name and address of the recipient in the 'delivery address' space at the checkout stage. The invoice will not be sent with the parcel, but will be sent to you at the billing address.

Gift wrapping 

A gift wrapping service is available for an additional £3.50 charge. Simply choose a gift then go to your basket and select the gift wrap option. Once the gift wrap option has been selected, a message box will appear here you can tell us who the gift is for e.g. new baby boy (so we can choose an appropriate paper) and a message then we will do the rest!

Returns 

We hope that you will be very happy with your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return a product for a full refund or exchange then please see below options.

Please state your order reference number and reasons for the return and we will email out a returns form to send back with your goods. If you would like to exchange a product for an alternative item(s), please let us know which replacement item you would like and this will be reserved for you and sent out when we receive the items you are returning.

Once you have contacted us via email as stated above, please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging, along with a note of your order number, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. 

On receipt of the returned goods bumblebee kids will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required.

If your order has already been dispatched, then we are unable to cancel the delivery. However, you are still able to return the items to us for a full refund. Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were delivered to you.
